Peppermint Oil Peppermint oil is a great massage oil for cramps, spasms, muscular pain, lower back pain, sports injuries, and stiffness of shoulders and joints. Tomatoes Tomatoes can help relieve the pain of gout, arthritis, or other forms of rheumatism. Those with gout or rhuematism should consume a large glass of freshly pressed tomato juice every day throughout the summer. For a refinement of flavor, add bit of celery juice to it.
