Habits you should give up to be healthy

Some habits die hard but when our health is on the line we've got no choice than to break harmful habits before things become complicated. Every day, we seek new means and methods of taking care of our body and health more, however, there are some habits that appear to be safe to us but actually pose a threat to our health.

Use of pillows
Almost everyone relies on a pillow for extra cushioning and head support while sleeping, there's also the belief that it relieves backaches. However, the reverse is the case; when a pillow is too soft or too hard it doesn't give the support your body desires instead it causes pain and stiffness in the spine.

Hot water baths
Being addicted to hot baths isn't good for your body. It irritates your skin, makes it itchy and increases your risk for skin infections. Except you're frigging cold you shouldn't get hot water anywhere near your skin.

Wearing Ties
Guys listen up, wearing a tie is cool and all but you shouldn't knot it tightly around your throat. It puts pressure on your eyes and could possibly increase your risk for eyesight issues.

Lighting candles
This one here is a shocker! Who would have thought that candles could pose a threat to our health?! Well, they do.

Although candles are perfect for romantic dinners and lighting rooms they contain toxic chemicals in their fumes that could easily cause lung problems. Therefore, the use of candles should be restricted only to well-ventilated rooms.
